SunAllure Pinot Noir is mostly described as silky, satin with a sweet fruity punch driving notes of raspberries, cherries, and strawberries. Few years of Friench aok aging adds to its smooth nature.

Making of our Cabernet Sauvignon took time. Much of its charm and mellow nature comes after quite a few years of barrel and bottle aging.

Aged in French and American oak for over 1 year for silky smooth taste

In making of our Riesling we made special effort to preserve fruitness. Much of its charm and mellow nature comes from low temperature slow fermentation and neutral barrel aging.

Slow fermentation in low temperatures creates our Chardonnay’s charm and mellow nature followed by carefull aging in oak barrels imparting smooth sweet flavors.

Aged in American oak for 1 year to impare silky freshness
